Joe Books was an independent publisher of graphic novels, comics, and novels. It partnered with The Walt Disney Company, DreamWorks Animation, CBS Consumer Products, and NBC-Universal in making bestselling books from the largest media properties in the world.
On March 1, 2019, Joe Books Ltd. filed for section 49(1) bankruptcy with FTI Consulting Canada and is no longer active.

Joe Books got the Harvey characters license to release four issues of Harvey Hits, but only managed to release one issue before the other three were cancelled.
