Benny the Broom Maker

Benny the Broom Maker is a character in the Casper/Wendy comic stories.

Like Elmer the Broom Maker, Benny makes flying brooms for witches.

Benny looks a bit different in the 3 different stories. The character could be the same in the second story, just not wearing a hat. But Benny is much taller in the third story.
